'Character Dheela' is a copy of my song: Anu Malik

Music composer Anu Malik alleges that Pritam Chakraborty has lifted the entire tune of his 'Mohabaat Naam Hai' from Ajnabee and used it in the song 'Character Dheela'.


The song features in director Anees Bazmee forthcoming movie Ready and is picturised on Salman Khan and Zarine Khan.

Anu told a news daily that te full tempo, the full tune has been taken and ripped off. He added that he had apparently liked the song and had called and congratulated Anees Bazmee for such a fantastic song. Only to realise that he was clapping for his own song.

Anu may file a suit for plagiarising his song. He said they have to take a legal opinion and then take a call. He will talk to his lawyer first as it is reportedly a straight rip-off of his song
