Enrique Iglesias Pulls Out of Britney Spears Tour

Britney Spears' seventh album, Femme Fatale, is officially out, with the star announcing a summer tour with Enrique Iglesias on Good Morning America Tuesday.
Only Enrique will not be joining her.
Shortly after Britney's GMA performance, reports surfaced that Iglesias pulled out of the tour, saying that despite "initial reports" based on "formal discussions" of a tour together, Iglesias decided to continue touring solo for his new album Euphoria.

So why did he back out?
According to TMZ, Enrique bailed because his ego couldn't handle being her opening act, even after hammering out a deal for weeks and finalizing it Tuesday.
Thus, the announcement of it on live television.
Yet just hours before Spears' camp went public, Enrique was having second thoughts because he was, in reality, Brit's opening act and wanted out ASAP.
The deal was actually very favorable to Enrique, offering "great terms and great placement." But ultimately he couldn't deal with opening for Spears. Go figure.
