American Institute for Stuttering fetes Colin Firth for 'King's Speech' role

Colin Firth has been honoured by officials at the American Institute for Stuttering for his role as the stammering King in the movie the 'King's Speech'.
The actor was honoured with a contribution award at the organisation's annual gala in New York, which was hosted by Young Victoria actress Emily Blunt, reports Contactmusic.

Although Firth could not attend the prize giving ceremony, he taped an acceptance speech from a film set in London.
