We should start behaving responsibly: Madhavan
Multilingual actor R. Madhavan advises youngsters to be dedicated, peaceful and responsible in their behaviour for the benefit of India as a nation.
"I think it's the dawn of an amazing era for Indians. I think the world over now Indians are looked upon as what Americans used to be looked upon at one time.
"I just think we should start behaving responsibly and enjoy this stature of being a forward nation, of being responsible with money, be dedicated people and peaceful people. That's the kind of reputation we have and I think that's a great reputation to have," Madhavan told IANS at The Suryaa hotel in New Delhi.
The actor, who enjoys a good reputation in Bollywood and the southern film industry alike, recently turned 41. He hasn't locked any new Bollywood scripts yet, and is still to finish a pending schedule of his Tamil film "Vettai" in which he will be seen in the role of a cop for the first time.
Asked if he would be seen on the small screen anytime soon, he said: "Nothing yet!"
